Attending clinician was very professional, caring and had time to listen to me.
My treatment plan discussed and agreed whilst I was part of the decision making.
It was a great pleases to receive such a wonderful care.
Reception staff ware very friendly and smiling too!

The nurse knows I do not like blood tests and she is fantastic at distraction methods and is so gentle and professional! She always puts me at ease. I feel extremely grateful and lucky to be able to come here as my surgery.
